A resident of downtown Chicago for twenty years, Kristine is thoroughly familiar with the Chicagoland area and has fulfilled the real estate needs of hundreds of clients. She strives to ensure that her clients’ needs are not only met, but exceeded. Before starting her career in real estate, Kristine traveled Asia and the United States extensively for her work with Price Waterhouse Coopers and as an internal auditor. She has performed audits for several international Fortune 500 companies including UPS and Akzo Nobel, and has worked for Chicago companies Leo Burnett, Allscripts, and Tellabs.

Kristine is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and frequently helps international buyers in both residential and commercial real estate investment. Having grown up in Beijing, China, Kristine feels right at home in Chicago’s urban hustle and bustle. She is proud to serve as an ambassador between Chinese investors and Chicago’s real estate market and often helps with income property analysis and property management. A member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Kristine considers herself a Chicago Architecture buff and is keenly interested in new Chicago construction, especially downtown.

Kristine has been awarded Top Producer honors from the Chicago Association of Realtors each year since 2012. She is excited to be part of the Related team and is eager to further expand her business and roster of satisfied clients.
